BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that the City of Portsmouth hereby <br />reserves unto itself a perpetual easement, rights and <br />privileges to install, operate, maintain and replace gas <br />mains, sewer.mains, sewer drains, sanitary sewers, water <br />mains, storm drains, electric power lines, over, under and <br />across the hereinabove described portions of Clifford Street, <br />Green Street, and a service road. <br /> <br /> AdoPted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, at a meeting held September 8, 1992. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
