AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $168,000.00 FROM THE CAPITAL <br />IMPROVEMENTS FUND FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO AFTON SQUARE IN THE <br />CRADOCK AREA. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, that the sum of One Hundred Sixty-Eight Thousand and <br />00/100 ($168,000.00) Dollars be, and the same hereby is, <br />appropriated from the Capital Improvemenss Fund for <br />improvements to Afton Square to revitalize the area. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, at a meeting held September 8, 1992. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
