AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND CHAPTER 22 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF <br />PORTSMOUTH, VIRGINIA, 1988, BY AMENDING SECTION 22-423 <br />THEREOF, PERTAINING TO MOTOR VEHICLES AND TRAFFIC. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia: <br /> <br /> 1. That Section 22-423 of the Code of the City of <br />Portsmouth, Virginia, 1928, be amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />Section 22-423. <br /> <br />Chemical test to determine alcoholic or drug <br />content of blood. <br /> <br /> The provisions of Section 18.2-268.1 through 18.2-268.11 <br />of the Code of Virginia in effect on July 1, 1992, are hereby <br />incorporated by reference and adopted as a part of this <br />Article. <br /> <br /> 2.
