(e) Any person who advertises such sale shall <br />conspicuously include in the advertisement the special sales <br />permit number assigned for the sale by the Commissioner of the <br />Revenue and the effective dates of the sale as authorized in <br />the permit. <br /> <br /> (f) The fee for the issuance of each special sale permit <br />shall be sixty-five ($65.00) dollars. <br /> <br /> (g) A violation of any provision of this section shall <br />be punishable as a Class 1 Misdemeanor. <br /> <br /> 2.
