AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $7,945,000.00 FROM THE PUBLIC <br />UTILITY CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS FUND FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE <br />CHURCHLAND WATER TRANSMISSION MAIN. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, that the sum of Seven Million Nine Hundred <br />Forty-five Thousand and 00/100 ($7,945,000.00) Dollars be, and <br />the same hereby is, appropriated from the Public Utility <br />Capital Improvements Fund for the construction of the <br />Churchland Water Transmission Main. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, at a meeting held June 9, 1992. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
