1992-42 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $50,000.00 FROM THE PUBLIC UTILITY <br />CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS FUND TO REPAIR THREE SEGMENTS OF THE <br />GRAVITY SEWER WITH LINER PIPE. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, that the sum of Fifty Thousand and 00/100 <br />($50,000.00) Dollars be, and the same hereby is, appropriated <br />from the Public Utility Capital Improvements Fund to repair <br />three segments of the gravity sewer with liner pipe. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, at a meeting held May 26, 1992. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
