1992-40,~ <br /> <br />ZONING AMENDMENT ORDINANCE Z-92-6 <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by th? Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia: <br /> <br /> 1. That a portion of the zoning map attached to and <br />made a part of the City of Portsmouth Zoning Ordinance, which <br />now zones as Residential RM-75-K the property described in <br />Petition for Zoning Amendment Number Z-92-6, is hereby amended <br />and changed so as to show said property zoned as Commercial <br />C-2-K Conditional, and that said property is hereby zoned as <br />Commercial C-2-K Conditional. <br /> <br /> 2. That the property affected by this ordinance is <br />described as follows: <br /> <br />Z-92-6 <br /> <br />Beginning at the southwest intersection of George <br />Washington Highway and Wirt Avenue; thence <br />southwesterly along the north right-of-way of George <br />Washington Highway 170'+ to a point; thence west <br />30'+ to a point; thence north 108' to the south <br />rig~t-of-way of Wirt Avenue; thence east along said <br />right-of-way 180' to the point of beginning. <br /> <br /> 3. That the Zoning Amendment Ordinance Z-92-6 is <br />conditional upon the following as proffered by the owner: <br /> <br /> Motor vehicle access to the property will be solely from <br /> Wirt Avenue.
