Parcels 6 and 7 and an unnumbered parcel <br />formerly belonging to the School Board of <br />the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, as shown <br />on that certain plat entitled "Portsmouth <br />Redevelopment and HoUsing Authority, <br />Uroan Renewal - Weaver Redevelopment <br />Project, Boundary and Property Line Map, <br />City of Portsmouth, Virginia," dated <br />January 17, 1967, prepared by R. Kenneth <br />Weeks, Engineers, said plat being recorded <br />in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court <br />of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, and <br />as further shown on Exhibit A, attached <br />hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> <br />it being the intention of the City Council to convey <br />a parcel of land totaling one acre, more or less, in <br />area to the Portsmouth Redevelopment and Housing <br />A~uthority. <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Manager be, and <br />hereby is, a~tho~ized to execute such deeds or other documents <br />as may be necessary to carry out the intent of this <br />resolution. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, at a meeting held February 25, 1992. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
