UP-92-1 <br /> <br />Beginning on the north right-of-way of Avondale <br />Road a distance of 399.76' west from its <br />intersection with Bunche Boulevard; thence <br />northerly 120' to a point; thence westerly <br />65.71' to a point; thence southerly 120' to the <br />north right-of-way of Avondale Road; thence <br />easterly 70' along said right-of-way to the <br />point of beginning. <br /> <br /> 3. That this use permit is approved subject to the <br />following conditions: <br /> <br />(a) Occupancy shall be limited to eight clients. <br /> <br />(b) Ail clients shall be twenty-one (21) years of <br /> age or older. <br /> <br />(c) Adequate space to park five (5) motor vehicles <br /> shall be provided on site to accommodate staff <br /> and guests. <br /> <br />(d) <br /> <br />The landscaping requirements of Section <br />40-71.2 of the Zoning Ordinance shall not <br />apply. <br /> <br />(e) <br /> <br />A fire protection system (including fire <br />extinguishers and smoke detectors) shall be <br />installed as required and approved by the Fire <br />Marshal and the Building Official. <br /> <br />(f) <br /> <br />The applicant shall comply with all applicable <br />codes, ordinances and regulations of federal, <br />state and local governmenss and shall obtain <br />all necessary licenses and permits, if any. <br /> <br />(~) <br /> <br />The use permit is issued to Sarah B.
