AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE CODE OF THE CITY OF PORTSMOUTH, <br />VIRGINIA, 1988, BY AMENDING SECTION 25-92 THEREOF, PERTAINING <br />TO FEES FOR CAMPSITES. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia: <br /> 1. That Section 25-92 of the Code of the City of <br />Portsmouth, Virglnza, 1988, be amended and reordained to read <br />as follows: <br /> <br />Section 25-92. <br /> <br />Charges for use of campsites at <br />Portsmouth Park. <br /> <br /> The charge for the use of campsites in Portsmouth Park <br />shall be as follows: <br /> <br />(1) Sites with water and electricity, <br /> per day . <br />(2) Sites wi[J'~J~g~'g~{Q['~g~'~j ~[[[ $12.009.00 <br /> <br /> Campsites may be occupied by only one (1) family or no <br />more than eight (8) persons and only one (1) piece of camping <br />equipment that exceeds thirty (30) square feet in area may be <br />parked or erected on any one (I) site. A discount of twenty <br />(20) percent for campsite rental shall be available for senior <br />citizens. Any group or club renting six (6) or more campsites <br />at one (1) time shall receive the use of one (1). additional <br />campsite at no additional cost. <br /> <br />2.
