AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $100,000.00 FROM THE CAPITAL <br />IMPROVEMENTS FUND FOR THE PURCHASE OF VIDEO EQUIPMENT <br />NECESSARY FOR THE OPERATION OF WGOV-TV CHANNEL 29. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, that the sum of One Hundred Thousand and 00/100 <br />($100,000.00) Dollars be, and the same hereby is, appropriated <br />from the Capital Improvements Fund for the purchase of vi~eo <br />equipment necessary for the operation of WGOV-TV Channel 29. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, at a meeting held April 27, 1993. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
