ZONING AMENDMENT ORDINANCE Z-93-3 <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, that: <br /> <br /> 1. The portion of the zoning map attached to and made a <br />part of the City of Portsmouth Zoning Ordinance which now <br />zones as Residential RS-150, the property described in <br />Petition for Zoning Amendment Number Z-93-3, is hereby amended <br />and changed so as to show said property zoned as Residential <br />RS-100-K (Conditional), and that said property is hereby zoned <br />as Residential RS-100-K (Conditional). <br /> <br /> 2. The property affected by this ordinance by being <br />zoned Residential RS-t00-K (Conditional) is described as <br />follows: <br /> <br />Beginning on the west right-of-way line of Twin <br />Pines Road a distance of 600 feet more or less from <br />its intersection with the center line of Sunset <br />Point; thence westerly 210 feet more or less to a <br />point: thence northwesterIy 320 feet more or less ~o <br />a point; thence southwesterly 180 feet more or less <br />to a point; thence northwesterly 270 feet more or <br />less to a point; thence continuing northwesterly a <br />distance of 610 feet more or less to the center line <br />of Hoffler's Creek; thence meandering along said <br />creek line in a westerly direction a distance of <br />1,965 feet more or less to a point; thence turning <br />and meandering along said creek line in a southerly <br />direction a distance of 2,088 feet more or less to a <br />point; thence southeasterly 545 feet more or less to <br />a point; thence southerly 900 feet more or less to a <br />point; thence in a southeasterly direction a <br />distance of 1,120 feet more or ~ess to the center <br />line of Twin Pines Road; thence in an easterly and <br />northerly direction along said center line a <br />distance of 3,540 feet more or less to the point of <br />beginning. <br /> <br /> 3.
