ZONING AMENDMENT ORDINANCE Z-93-14 BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: 1. That a portion of the zoning map attached to and made a part of the City of Portsmouth Zoning Ordinance, which now zones as Residential RM-60, Residential kM-75, and Commercial C-1 the property described in Petition for Zoning Amendment Number Z-93-14, is hereby amended and changed so as to show said property zoned as Commercial C-2-K (Conditional), and that said property is hereby zoned as Commercial C-2-K (Conditional). 2. The property affected by this ordinance by being rezoned from Residential RM-60 to Commercial C-2-K (Conditional) is described as follows: Z-93-14 Beginning at the center line of Dorset Avenue approximately 185.40 feet east from its intersection with the east right-of-way of Victory Boulevard; thence north and running parallel to Victory Boulevard 338 feet more or less to the south right-of-way line of Cavalier Boulevard; thence running easterly along said right-of-way uo the center line of its intersection with Dekalb Avenue; thence southerly along said center line to its intersection with the center line of Gleep Street; thence nornhwesteriy along said center line to its intersection with the center line of Dorset Avenue; thence southwesterly along said center line to its intersection with the center line of McLean Street; thence southerly along said center line to its intersection with the center line of Gygax Avenue; thence westerly along said center line to its intersection with the center line of Normandy Street; thence along said center line southerly and thence running southwesterly and thence turning and running north to the center line of Greenwood Drive; thence easterly along said center line 300 feet more or less to a point; thence northerly 135 feet more or less to a point; thence east 250 feet to a point~ thence north and running parallel to Quantico Street 300 feet more or less to the center line of Elliott Avenue; thence northwesterly along said center line a distance of 450 feet more or less to a point; thence west 130 feet to a point; thence north 40 feet more or less to a point; thence west 150 feet to a point; thence north and running parallel to Victory Boulevard 1,530 feet more or less to the center line of Dorset Avenue, the point of origin.
