(c) <br /> <br />Parcel 3 shall be developed as "garden <br />apartments" at a density not to exceed sixteen <br />dwelling units per acre and it is anticipated <br />that it will incorporate forty percent (40%) <br />individual ownership and sixty percent (60%) <br />single ownership foe rental purposes. Parcel 3 <br />may also be developed as duplex fee simple, <br />duplex condominium, or single [amily attached <br />housing. Each unin of single family detached <br />housing shall be located on an individual lot <br />at a gross density of three (3) units per acre <br />or less and shall have a minimum structure size <br />of 1500 square feet of living space. <br /> <br /> 4. That all other conditions contained in Ordinance No. <br />1985-40 and any subsequent amendments thereto shall remain in <br />full force and effect. <br /> <br /> 5.
