1993-66 ZONING AMENDMENT ORDINANCE Z-93~11 BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: 1. That a portion of the Zoning Map attached to and made a part of the City of Portsmouth Zoning Ordinance, which now zones as Residential RM-60-K (Conditional), the property described in Petition for Zoning Amendment No~ Z-93-11 is hereby amended and changed so as to revise the conditions contained in Ordinance No. 1990-23 pertaining to parcel 3 as described therein, and that said property shall be shown on said map zoned as Residential ~4-60-K (Conditional). 2. That the boundaries of parcel 3 as originally set out in Ordinance No. 1985-40 which shall be subject ~o the conditions contained in Zoning Amendment Ordinance Z-93-11 are described as follows: Z-93-11 Beginning at the southwest intersection of River Pointe Parkway and River Pointe Drive; thence south along the west right-of-way of River Pointe Parkway 1171.73' to a point; thence continuing southerly along said right-of-way 197.11' to the north right-of-way line of Beazley Way; thence southwest along said right-of-way 112.80'; thence continuing southwesterly 147.28' no a point; thence southerly and westerly 278.89' to a point; thence west 285.96'; thence northwesterly 460.74' to a point; thence due north 147.88'; thence in a northeasterly direction 201.29' to a point; thence northeasterly 100' to a point; thence easterly and northerly 292.63' to a point on of River Pointe Drive; right-of-way 170' to a running easterly along of 420.73' to a point; right-of-way 100' to a the eastern right-of-way line thence north along said point; thence turning and said right-of-way a distance thence continuing along said point; thence easterly along said right-of-way 373.86' to s point; thence east 325' more or less to the west right-of-way of River Pointe Parkway, the point of origin. 3. That Condition (c), as imposed on parcel 3 by Ordinance No. 1985-40, be amended to read as follows:
