(b) The provisions of this section shall not apply to <br />such conduct as would constitute a violation of Sections <br />18.2-460 B or C of the Code of Virginia. <br /> <br />SectiOn 24-317. <br /> <br />Trespass at night upon church or <br />school property. <br /> <br /> (b) It shall be unlawful for any Derson, whether or <br />not a student, to enter upon or remain upon any school <br />property in violation of (i) any direction to vacate the <br />property by a person authorized to give such direction or <br />(ii) any posted notice which contains such information, <br />posted at a place where it reasonably may be seen. Each <br />time such person enters upon or remains on the premises <br />after such direction shall constitute a separate offense. <br /> <br /> (c) Any person violating the provisions of this <br />section shall be guilty of a Class 3 misdemeanor. <br /> <br /> 2. That Chapter 24 of the Code of the City of <br />Portsmouth, Virginia~ 1988, be amended by adding thereto <br />Section 24-249 to be ordained and read as follows: <br /> <br />Section 24-249. <br /> <br />Impersonating certain public safety <br />personnel; penalty. <br /> <br /> Any person who willfully impersonates any certified <br />emergency medical services personnel, firefighter, fire <br />marshal, or fire chief shall be guilty of a Class 3 <br />misdemeanor. <br /> <br /> 3. That Sections 24-10 and 24-11 of the Code of the <br />City of Portsmouth, Virginia, 1988~ be repealed. <br /> <br /> 4.
