or (iv) has been moved to a different address. <br /> <br /> (i) The owner of any animal which has been found by a <br />court to be a dangerous dog who willfully fails to comply with <br />the requirements of the ordinance shall be guilty of a Class 1 <br />misdemeanor. <br /> <br /> (j) Ail fees collected pursuant to this ordinance, less <br />the cost incurred by the animal control authority in producing <br />and distributing the certificates and tags required by this <br />ordinancef shall be paid into a special dedicated fund in the <br />treasury of the City of Portsmouth for the purpose of paying <br />the expenses of any training course required under Section <br />3.1-796.105 of the Code of Virginia, 1950, as amended, which <br />said section is incorporated herein by reference, it being the <br />intent of this ordinance that any amendment to the <br />aforementioned section by the legislature of Virginia shall be <br />deemed to be incorporated herein upon the effective date of <br />such legislation. <br /> <br />This ordinance shall take effect on July it 1993. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, at a meeting held on June 22, 1993. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
