ZONING AMENDMENT ORDINANCE Z-93-8 <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of <br />Portsmouth, Virginia: <br /> <br /> 1. That a portion of the zoning map attached to and <br />made a part o5 the City of Portsmouth Zoning Ordinance, <br />which now zones as Commercial C-2 the property described in <br />Petition for Zoning _Amendment Number Z-93-8, is hereby <br />amended and changed so as to show said property zoned as <br />Industrial M-1-K (Conditional), and that said propecty is <br />hereby zoned as Industrial M-1-K (Conditional). <br /> <br /> 2. That the property affected by this ordinance is <br />described as follows: <br /> <br />Beginning at the northwest intersection of <br />Airline and Victory Boulevards; thence northerly <br />along the west right-of-way of Victory Boulevard <br />880' more or less to a point; thence <br />northwesterly 135' more or less to a point; <br />thence westerly 380' more or less to a point; <br />thence southerly 200' more or less to a point; <br />thence southeasterly 130' more or less to a <br />point; thence southwesterly 40' more or less to a <br />point; thence southwesterly 10' more or less to a <br />point; thence southeasterly 816.53' to the north <br />right-of-way of Airline Boulevard; thence <br />northeasterly along said right-of-way 265' more <br />or less to Victory Bouieva£d~ the point of <br />origin. <br /> <br /> 3. That Zoning Amendment Ordinance Z-93-8 is <br />conditional upon the following as proffered by the owner: <br /> <br />Ail the outside storage will be screened from <br />the public view along Airline and Victory <br />Boulevards with Group I Landscaping buffer as <br />required by the City of Portsmouth Zoning <br />Ordinance. <br /> <br /> 4.
