AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $211,740.00 FROM THE CAPITAL <br />IMPROVEMENTS FUND TO REPAIR OR REPLACE THE ROOF AT WILLETT <br />HALL, THE HUMAN SERVICES GARAGE AND THE CITY JAIL. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, that the sum of Two Hundred Eieven Thousand Seven <br />Hundred and Forty and 00/100 ($211,740.00) Dollars be, and the <br />same hereby is appropriated from the Capital Improvements Fund <br />to repair or replace the roof at Willett Hall, The Human <br />Services Garage and the City Jail. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, at a meeting held on November 8, 1994. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
