AN ORDINANCE TO AbZEND CHAPTER 40 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF <br />PORTSMOUTH, VIRGINIA (1988), BY AMENDING TABLE 40-44.1 THEREOF, <br />PERTAINING TO MINI~UMLOT WIDTHS. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia: <br /> <br />1. That Table 40-44.1 of the Code of the City of <br />Portsmouth, Virginia (1988), be amended uo requ!re a sixty foou <br />(60') minimum lot width in a Residential RS-60 zoning district <br />and a sevenuy foot (70') minimum lot width in a Residential <br />RS-75 zoning district, as shown on Exhibit A, attached hereto <br />and made a paru hereof. <br /> <br /> 2~ That this ordinance shall take effect on the date of <br />its adopuion. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Vir9lnza, at a meeuing held on October 25, 1994. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
