ZONING AMENDMENT ORDINANCE Z-94-9. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia: <br /> <br /> 1. That a portion of the zonzng map attached mo and made <br />a parc of the City of Portsmouth Zoning Ordinance, which now <br />zones as Industrial M-2, the propermy described in Petition for <br />Zoning Amendment No. Z-94-9 is hereby amended and changed so as <br />mo show said property zoned as Commerce Park CP, and that said <br />property ms hereby zoned as Commerce Park CP. <br /> <br /> 2. The properny affected by this ordinance by being <br />zoned Commerce Park CP is described as follows: <br /> <br />Beginning at the northeast intersection of Third <br />Street and Lincoln Street; thence north along the <br />eastern right-of-way line of Third Street 1040+/- <br />feet; thence east along a property line 470+/- <br />feet; thence north along the eastern right-of-way <br />line of Ruth Brown Avenue 120+/- feet; thence east <br />along the southern right-of-way line of Wythe <br />Street 365+/- feet; thence south along the western <br />right-of-way line of First Street 1160+/- feet; <br />thence west along the southern right-of-way line <br />of Lincoln Street 835+/- feet to the point of <br />beginning. <br /> <br /> 3.
