AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $35,000.00 FROM THE CAPITAL <br />IMPROVEMENTS FUND FOR COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH THEDESIGN WORK FOR <br />DRAINAGE AND STREET IMPROVEMENTS IN THE SIMONSDALE AREA. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, that the sum of Thirty Five Thousand and 00/100 <br />($35,000.00) Dollars be, and the same hereby is appropriated <br />from the Capital Improvements Fund for costs associated with <br />the design work for drainage and street improvements in the <br />Simonsdale Area. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, at a meeting held on September 27, 1994. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
