DINANCE TO AMEND THE CLASSES OF POSITIONS ASSIGNED TO PAY <br />GRADES, ALSO REFERRED TO AS THE ALPHABETICAL LISTING OF <br />POSITIONS, GRADE AND FLSA EXEMPTION STATUS, PORTION OF THE CITY <br />OF PORTSMOUTH, VIRGINIA, CLASSIFICATION AND PAY PLAN (ORDINANCE <br />NO. 1994-38), BY ADDING THERETO THE TITLES OF ASSISTANT CITY <br />MANAGER AND CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia: <br /> <br /> 1. That the portion of Ordinance No. 1994-38, City of <br />Portsmouth, Virginia, Classification and Pay Plan which is the <br />Classes of Positions Assigned to Pay Grades, City of <br />Portsmouth, Virginia 94-95, be amended by adding thereto the <br />appropriate information for the titles of Assistant City <br />Manager and Chief Financial Officer and reordained to read as <br />follows: <br /> <br />CLASSES OF POSITIONS ASSIGNED TO PAY GRADES <br />CITY OF PORTSMOUTH, VIRGINIA <br />94-95 <br /> <br />OCC. <br />CODE CLASS TITLE GPJ~DE <br /> <br />1234 ..........
