AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND CHAPTER 40 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF <br />PORTSMOUTH, VIRGINIA {1988), BY AMENDING SECTION 40-52.7(c) (10) <br />THEREOF, PERTAINING TO MEALS AT BED AND BREAKFAST iNNS. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia: <br /> <br /> 1. That Section 40-52.7(c) (10) of the Code of the City <br />of Portsmouth, Virginia (1988), be amended and reordained to <br />read as follows: <br /> <br />Sec. 40-52.7. Bed and breakfast inns. <br /> <br />(lO) <br /> <br />Meals may be served to transient overnight guests <br />and to the public between 7:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. <br />Seating capacity in the dining room shall be <br />limited to no more than four (4) seats per bed and <br />breakfast guest room. <br /> <br /> 2.
