(i) <br /> <br />If there was at the time 0.05 percent or less by <br />weight by volume of alcohol in the accused's blood, <br />or 0.05 grams or less per 210 liters of the accused's <br />breath, it shall be presumed that the accused was not <br />under the influence of alcoholic intoxicants at the <br />time of the alleged offense; <br /> <br />(2) <br /> <br />If there was at that time in excess of 0.05 percent <br />but less than 0.08 percent by weight but less that <br />0.08 grams per 210 liters of the accused's breath, by <br />volume of alcohol in the accused.'s blood such facts <br />shall not give rise to any presumption that the <br />accused was or was not under the influence of <br />alcohol intoxicants at the time of the alleged <br />offense, but such facts may be considered with other <br />competent evidence in determining the guilt or <br />innocence of the accused; or <br /> <br />(3) <br /> <br />If there was at that time 0.08 percent or more by <br />weight by volume of alcohol in the accused's blood or <br />0.08 grams or more per 210 liters of the accused's <br />breath, it shall be presumed that the accused was <br />under the influence of alcohol intoxicants at the <br />time of the alleged offense. <br /> <br />(b) <br /> <br />The provisions of this section shall not apply to and <br />shall not affect any prosecution for a violation of <br />Section 46.2-341.24 of the Code of Virginia. <br /> <br />Sec. 22-582. Parking in spaces reserved for persons with <br />disabilities. <br /> <br /> (a) It shall be unlawful for a driver of a motor vehicle <br />to park in a parking space reserved for persons with <br />disabilities, at privately owned shopping centers, business <br />offices, or parking lots or on the streets or public grounds of <br />the city, unless such driver or passenger is a person with a <br />disability that limits or impairs his ability to walk and the <br />motor vehicle displays disabled parking license plates, an <br />organizational removable windshield placard, a permanent <br />removable windshield placard, a temporary removable windshield <br />placard issued under Section 46.2-731 of the Code of Virginia <br />or DV disabled parking license plates issued under Section <br />46.2-739 B of the Code of Virginia. The license plate issued <br />by the commissioner to a motor vehicle shall be attached to <br />such motor vehicle as required by Section 22-114. Any such <br />windshield placard must be displayed in the front windshield of <br />the motor vehicle when such vehicle is parked in a parking <br /> <br /> <br />
