ZONING AMENDMENT ORDINANCE Z- 94 - 5. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia: <br /> <br /> 1. That a portion of the zoning map attached to and made <br />a part of the City of Portsmouth Zoning Ordinance which now <br />zones as Commercial C-2, the property described in Petition for <br />Zoning Amendment Number Z-94-5, is hereby amended and changed <br />so as to show said property zoned as Industrial M-I-R, and that <br />said property is hereby zoned as Industrial M-1-R. <br /> <br /> 2. The property affected by this ordinance by being <br />zoned Industrial M-1-R is described as follows: <br /> <br />Z-94-5 <br /> <br />Beginning on the south right-of-way line of Airline Boulevard a <br />distance of 186.09 feet west from its intersection with <br />Elmhurst Lane; thence continuing west along Airline Boulevard a <br />distance of 360 feet to a point; thence south 188.35 feet to a <br />point; thence west 132.73 feet to the east right-of-way line of <br />Greenwood Drive; thence southerly along said right-of-way <br />681.95 feet to a point; thence east 151.40 feet to a point; <br />thence southerly 170 feet to a point; thence southwest 14 feet <br />to the north right-of-way line of Garwood Avenue; thence <br />easterly along said right-of-way 566.03 feet to a point; thence <br />northerly 135.73 feet to a point; thence easterly 111.03 feet <br />to the west right-of-way line of Elmhurst Lane; thence <br />northerly along said right-of-way 625.76 feet to a point; <br />thence west 185.35 feet to a point; thence northerly 202.04 <br />feet to the south right-of-way line of Airline Boulevard, the <br />point of origin. <br /> <br /> 3.
