(6) The operation of lawn care maintenance equipment and <br />vehicles for the removal of debris, garbage or refuse with <br />properly working mufflers or sound dissipating or control <br />devices equivalent to or better than original equipment between <br />the hours of 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. <br /> <br /> (7) Activities or events on publicly owned property which <br />events are authorized by the City Manager or his designee. <br /> <br /> 2.
