If the noise source emits noise or sound <br />containing a discrete tone or low frequency sound or vibration <br />the permissible levels shall be five (5) decibels lower than <br />the applicable levels in Table I. If the noise source emits <br />impulsive noise or vibration, or low frequency sound, the <br />levels of Table I shall be lowered by five (5) decibels and <br />measurement of same is made using the fast meter characteristic <br />and the A-weighting network of the sound level meter.
