AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $3,446,000.00 FROM THE CAPITAL <br />IMPROVEMENTS FUND FOR DESIGN AND REAL ESTATE ACQUISITION COSTS <br />ASSOCIATED WITH THE CONSTRUCTION OF A NEW I.C. NORCOM HIGH <br />SCHOOL. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, that the sum of Three Million Four Hundred and <br />Forty-Six Thousand and 00/100 ($3,446,000.00) Dollars be, and <br />the same hereby is, appropriated from the Capital Improvements <br />Fund for design and real estate acquisition costs associated <br />with the construction of a new I.C.
