ZONING AMENDMENT ORDINANCE Z-94-3. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia: <br /> <br /> 1. That a portion of the zoning map attached to and made <br />a part of the City of Portsmouth Zoning Ordinance which now <br />zones as Residential RM-60-K, the property described in <br />Petition for Zoning Amendment Number Z-94-3, is hereby amended <br />and changed so as to show said property zoned as Preservation <br />P-l, and that said property is hereby zoned as Preservation <br />P-1. <br /> <br /> 2. The property affected by this ordinance by being <br />zoned Preservation P-1 is described as follows: <br /> <br />Z-94-03 <br /> <br /> Beginning on the east right-of-way line of <br />River Pointe Drive, a distance of 1,675 feet <br />westerly and southerly from its intersection with <br />the west right-of-way line of River Pointe <br />Parkway; thence southeast 286.83 feet to a point; <br />thence southwest 72.71 feet; thence southerly <br />110.79 feet; thence southwest 214.83 feet to a <br />point; thence southwest 355.00 feet to a point; <br />thence westerly 354.78 feet to a point; thence <br />northeasterly 31.12 feet to a point; thence <br />northerly 219.53 feet to a point; thence northwest <br />73.72 feet to the west right-of-way line of the <br />cul-de-sac of River Pointe Drive; thence east 120 <br />feet to the east right-of-way line of the <br />cul-de-sac of River Pointe Drive; thence northerly <br />along said right-of-way 546 feet more or less to <br />the point of beginning. <br /> <br /> 3.
