41 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPOINTING VIEWERS <br />THIRD STREET, RUTH BROWN AVENUE, <br />AND A LANE OR ALLEY. <br /> <br />FOR TEE CLOSING OF PORTIONS OF <br />HENRY STREET, RANDOLPH STREET <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Department of Economic Development has made <br />application to vacate, close and discontinue the hereinafter <br />described streets and lane or alley, and it appearing that <br />Notice of Application and Request for an Appointment of Viewers <br />has been advertised as required by law. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City <br />of Portsmouth, Virginia, that Roy Leinart, Johnny Mason, Simon <br />P. ArringEon, Raymond Tweed and Matthew Peanort be appointed <br />viewers and that Charles R. Hudgins and Harry Fallon be <br />appointed alternate viewers in the evenE one of the preceding <br />viewers fails to participane, said viewers to view the <br />hereinafter described snreens ~nd lane or alley, and to report <br />no this Council whether in their opinion, any, and if any what, <br />inconvenience would result in vacating and closing the <br />following: <br /> <br />ALL than portion of Third Street lying <br />between the north right-of-way line of <br />Lincoln Street, and the south right-of-way <br />line of Waxry (formerly Harrison), Street. <br /> <br />ALL that portion of Ruth Brown Avenue <br />(formerly Second Street), lying between the <br />north right-of-way line of Lincoln Street, <br />and the south right-of-way line of Wavy <br />(formerly Harrison) Street. <br /> <br />ALL that portion of Henry Street lying <br />between the west right-of-way line of Third <br />Street, and the west right-of-way line of <br />Firsn Street. <br /> <br />ALL that portion of Randolph Street lying <br />between the west~right-of-way line of Third <br />Street, and the west right-of-way line of <br />First Street. <br /> <br />ALL that lane or alley lying in the block <br />bounded by Way7 (formerly Harrison) Streett <br />Randolph Street and Ruth Brown Avenue <br />(formerly Second Streen), and First Street <br />and being parallel no First Street. <br /> <br /> <br />
