(g) <br /> <br />Traffic flow on the twenty-four (24) feet wide <br />drive shall be one-way. The condominium <br />association shall be responsible for maintaining <br />the retention lake, private roadways, driveways <br />and recreation area. These requirements shall <br />be explicitly sec out in all condominium <br />documents. <br /> <br />(h) <br /> <br />Any revisions co the site plan, landscaping plan <br />or elevations approved through the group housing <br />application process, must be submitted to the <br />Planning Deparnmenm for review prior to the <br />issuance of any building permits. <br /> <br />(i) <br /> <br />The applicant shall comply with all applicable <br />codes, ordinances and regulations of federal, <br />state and local governmenns, and shall obtain <br />all necessary permits. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, at a meeting held on September 27, 1994. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
