ZONING AMENDMENT ORDINANCE Z-96-04 <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia: <br /> <br /> 1. That the portion of the zoning map attached to and <br />made a part of the City of Portsmouth Zoning Ordinance which <br />now zones as Commercial C-2, the property described in Petition <br />for Zoning Amendment Number Z-96-04, is hereby amended and <br />changed so as to show said property zoned as Commercial C-i, <br />and that said property is hereby zoned as Commercial C-1. <br /> <br /> 2. That the property affected by this ordinance by being <br />zoned from Commercial C-2 to Commercial C-I, is described as <br />follows: <br /> <br />Z-96-04 <br /> <br /> Beginning at a point 300'± west of <br />the northwest corner of the intersection <br />of the Norfolk and Western Railway <br />right-of-way and West Norfolk Road; <br />thence, in a southwesterly direction <br />280'± to a point; thence, west 218'± to a <br />point; thence, in a northeasterly <br />direction 241.7'± to a point; thence, <br />east 391' to a point; thence, south <br />144.9'± to the point of the beginning. <br /> <br /> 3.
