1~ 63 ZONING AMENDMENT ORDINANCE BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: 1. That the portion of the zonmng map attached to and made a parn of the City of Portsmouth Zoning Ordinance which now zones as Commercial C-2-K (Conditional), the properties described in Petition for Zoning Amendment Number Z-96-11, ms hereby amended and changed so as to show said properny zoned as Residential (Conditional), (Conditional), Residential (Conditional), (Conditional). RS-150-K (Conditional), Residential RM-75-K Preservation P-l, and Commercial C-2-K and that said property is hereby zoned as RS-150-K (Conditional), Residential RM-75-K Preservation P-l, and Commercial C-2-K 2. That, for the purposes of this ordinance, Parcels 1 through 5, are those parcels of land shown on Exhibit A, attached hereto and made a part hereof. The term "Proposed Outparcels" shall refer to that portion of Parcel 5 as shown on said Exhibit. 3. That the properties affected by this ordinance by being zoned from Commercial C-2-K (Conditional) are described as follows: Z-96-11 PARCEL NEW ZONING: RS-150-K Beginning an the southwest intersection of High Street West and Garland Drive; nhence south along the west right-of-way of Garland Drive 420.0 feet to a point on the north boundary of a land subdivision as shown and designated on that certain plat entitled "Plat of Property Belonging to Ezekiel C. and Anna E.
