AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $90,00G.00 FROM THE CAPITAL <br />IMPROVEMENT FUND FOR CONSTRUCTION OF A "PORTAL" ENTRANCE TO <br />OLDE TOWNE ON LONDON BOULEVARD. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of Ehe City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia: <br /> <br /> That the sum of $90,000.00 be, and the same hereby is, <br />appropriated from the Capital Improvement Fund for consEruction <br />of a "pornal" entrance to Olde Towne on London Boulevard. <br /> <br /> That this ordinance shall take effect on the date of its <br />adoption. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, an a meeting held on November 26, 1996. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
