AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $577,671.00, WITH $75,053.00 FROM <br />THE PUBLIC UTILITY CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS FUND AND $502,618.00 <br />FROM THE CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS FUND, FOR PHASE IV OF STREET <br />IMPROVEMENTS IN THE BRIGHTON/SOUTH PORTSMOUTH AREA. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the <br />Virginia: <br /> <br />Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br /> <br /> That the sum of $577,671.00, with $75,053.00 from the <br />Public Utility Capital Improvements Fund and $502,618~00 from <br />the Capital Improvements Fund, be, and the same hereby is, <br />appropriated for Phase IV of street improvements in the <br />Brighton/South Portsmouth Area. <br /> <br /> That this ordinance <br />adoption. <br /> <br />shall take effect on the date of its <br /> <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, at a meeting held on September 10, 1996. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
