~~1996-41 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE TO <br />IMPROVEMENTS FUND <br />DEVELOPMENT. <br /> <br />APPROPRIATE $1,750,000.00 FROM <br /> FOR INFRASTRUCTURE COST FOR THE <br /> <br />THE CAPITAL <br />LAKE SHORES <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, that the sum of $1,750,000.00 be, and the same hereby <br />is, appropriated from the Capital Improvements Fund for <br />infrastructure costs for the Lake Shores Development. <br /> <br /> AND FURTHER, the terms and conditions of the Development <br />Agreement dated September 28, 1995, between the City, <br />Portsmouth Partners of Virginia, and Bush Construction <br />Corporation are ratified and confirmed. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, an a meeting held on June 25, 1996. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
