BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that once the mass transit needs <br />of Portsmouth have been met through this dedicated funding <br />stream to the satisfaction of the City Council of Portsmouth, <br />any additional revenue generated by such revenue stream shall <br />be available for transportation system improvements within the <br />City of Portsmouth; and <br /> <br /> FINALLY, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Clerk is directed <br />to communicate a copy of this resolution no the members of the <br />House Joint Resolution 656 Sub-Committee and also to the <br />General Assembly Delegation from Portsmouth. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Portsmouth, <br />Virginia; at a meeting held on February 13, 1996. <br /> <br /> Teste: <br /> <br /> <br /> City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
