UP-96-09 <br /> <br /> Beginning at a point 350'± east of the <br /> northeast corner of the intersection of <br /> Victory Boulevard and Greenwood Drive; <br /> thence, north 364'± to a point; thence, <br /> east 225'± to a point; thence, in a <br /> southeasterly direction 233'± to a point; <br /> thence west 45'± to a point; thence, south <br /> 100'± to a point; thence, west 280'± to <br /> the point of the beginning. <br /> <br /> 3. That this use permit is approved subject to the <br />following conditions: <br /> <br /> (a) The proposed church shall be limited to the 2.140 <br /> acre portion of the site that fronts on Greenwood <br /> Drive. <br /> <br /> (b) Occupancy of the sanctuary shall be limited to <br /> 220 seats. <br /> <br /> (c) The applicant shall submit a site plan providing <br /> parking and landscaping for approval by the <br /> Engineering.Department. <br /> <br /> (d) The applicant shall submit a building plan for <br /> approval by the Building Official. <br /> <br /> (e) Access to the drive shall be limited to Greenwood <br /> Drive. <br /> <br /> (f) The applicant shall comply with all applicable <br /> codes, ordinances and regulations of federal, <br /> state and local governments, and shall obtain and <br /> maintain in effect all necessary licenses and <br /> permits. <br /> <br /> 4.
