Appeal fee. <br /> <br /> A fee of seventy-five dollars ($75.00) for each appeal <br />made to any division of the department of building inspections <br />pursuant to the building code shall be paid by the appellant to <br />the City at the time application for the appeal is made. If <br />the appeal is made by a division of the department of building <br />inspections, no appeal fee shall be due. <br /> <br />See. 7-131. Application of division. <br /> <br /> This division shall apply to the fees for permits and <br />inspections required by the building code. <br /> <br />(a) <br /> <br />The minimum fee for any permit shall be twenty <br />dollars ($20.00). <br /> <br />(b) <br /> <br />Additional inspections may be required by the <br />inspector, where, in the inspector's judgment, such <br />inspections are necessary.
