ORDINAN <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $328,430.00 FROM THE PUBLIC <br />UTILITIES CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS FUND FOR REPLACEMENT AND <br />MAINTENANCE WORK WITHIN THE PUBLIC UTILITIES SYSTEM INCLUDING <br />MISCELLANEOUS EXTENSIONS AND IMPROVEMENTS TO THE WATER PLANT <br />AND TO THE WATER AND SEWER SYSTEMS. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, that the sum of Three Hundred Twenty-Eight Thousand <br />Four Hundred Thirty Dollars ($328,430.00) be, and the same <br />hereby is appropriated from the Public Utilities Capital <br />Improvements Fund for replacement and maintenance work within <br />the public utilities system including miscellaneous extensions <br />and improvements to the water plant and to the water and sewer <br />systems. <br /> <br /> That this ordinance shall take effect on the date of its <br /> adoption. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br /> Virginia, at a meeting held on March 28, 1995. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
