NO. <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $100,000.00 FROM THE CAPITAL <br />IMPROVEMENTS FUND TO MAKE RENOVATIONS TO PUBLICLY-OW-RED <br />BUILDINGS TO COMPLY WITH THE AMERICANS WITH DISABILITIES ACT. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virglnza, that the sum of One Hundred Thousand Dollars <br />($100,000.00) be, and the same hereby is appropriated from the <br />Capital Improvements Fund mo make renovations to publicly-owned <br />buildings to comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act. <br /> <br /> That this ordinance shall take effect on the date of its <br />adoption. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, at a meeting held on March 28, 1995. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
