AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND CHAPTER 25 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF <br />PORTSMOUTH, VIRGINIA (1988) BY AMENDING SECTIONS 25-93 AND <br />25-148 AND BY REPEALING SECTIONS 25-92, 25-110 AND 25-176 <br />THROUGH 25-181 THEREOF, PERTAINING TO PARKS AND RECREATION. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia: <br /> <br /> 1. That Sections 25-93 and 25-148 of the Code of the City <br />of Portsmouth, Virginia (1988) be amended and reordained to <br />read as follows: <br /> <br />Sec. 25-93.
