ZONING AMENDMENT ORDINANCE Z-95-04 <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia: <br /> <br /> 1. That a pornlon of che zoning map attached to and made <br />a part of the City of Portsmouth Zoning Ordinance, which now <br />zones as Downtown D-2-I Industrial, the property described in <br />Petition for Zoning Amendment No. Z-95-04 is hereby amended and <br />changed so as to show said property zoned as Downtown D-2-0 <br />Office, and that said properny is hereby zoned as Downtown <br />D-2-0 Office. <br /> <br /> 2. The property affected by this ordinance by being <br />zoned Downtown D-2-O Office, is described as follows: <br /> <br />Z-95-04 <br /> <br /> Beginning at the northeast intersection <br />of County Street and Harbor Drive; thence <br />north along uhe east right-of-way of Harbor <br />Drive uo the southern right-of-way of King <br />Street; thence easu along said right-of-way <br />uo the west right-of-way of Constitution <br />Avenue; thence south along said <br />right-of-way 125 feet ~/-; thence west 60 <br />feet+/-; thence south 95 feet +/- ~o the <br />north right-of-way of County Street; thence <br />west along said right-of-way to the east <br />right-of-way of Harbor Drive, the Point of <br />Origzn. <br /> <br /> 3.
