ZONING AMENDMENT ORDINANCE Z-95-06 <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia: <br /> <br /> 1. That the portion of the zoning map attached to and <br />made a part of the City of Portsmouth Zoning Ordinance which <br />now zones as Residential RM-60 and Residential RM-60-K, the <br />property described in Petition for Zoning Amendment Number <br />Z-95-06, is hereby amended and changed so as to show said <br />property zoned as Residential RS-60, and than said property is <br />hereby zoned as Residential RS-60. <br /> <br /> 2. That the properny affected by this ordinance by being <br />zoned from Residential RM-60 and Residential RM-60-K no <br />Residential RS-60, is described as follows: <br /> <br />Z-95-06 <br /> <br /> Beginning approximately 130 feet <br />southeast of the southeastern intersection <br />of Airline Boulevard and Laigh Road, thence <br />south approximately 700 feet uo the S.C.L. <br />railroad right-of-way; thence wesE along the <br />northern right-of-way of the railroad <br />approximately 725 feeE to the southeast <br />corner of property owned by The Church of <br />God in Christ; thence along the western <br />property line of the church approximately <br />650 feet to a point; thence southeast <br />approximately 60 feet to a point; thence <br />north approximately 200 feet ~o the southern <br />right-of-way of Airline Boulevard; thence <br />southeast approximately 720 feet to the <br />point of beginning. <br /> <br /> 3.
