ORDINANCE <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND CHAPTER 25 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF <br />PORTSMOUTH, VIRGINIA (1988) BY REPEALING SECTIONS 25-226 <br />THROUGH 25-228 THEREOF, PERTAINING TO WILLETT HALL RENTAL FEES. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia: <br /> <br /> 1. That Sections 25-226 through 25-228 of the Code of <br />the City of Portsmouth, Virginia (1988) be repealed. <br /> <br /> 2.
