AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $497,000.00 FROM THE CAPITAL <br />IMPROVEMENTS FUND FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A THIP~D GENERAL <br />DISTRICT COURTROOM. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia: <br /> <br /> 1. That the sum of Four Hundred Ninety-Seven Thousand <br />Dollars ($497,000.00) be, and the same hereby is, appropriated <br />from the Capital Improvements Fund for the construction of a <br />third General District Courtroom. <br /> <br /> 2.
