1995-78 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $61,210.00 FROM THE CAPITAL <br />IMPROVEMENTS FUND FOR THE RENOVATION OF RooMs AT THE <br />NEIGHBORHOOD FACILITY RECREATION CENTER. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia: <br /> <br /> 1. That the sum of Sixty-One Thousand Two Hundred Ten <br />Dollars ($61,210.00) be, and the same hereby is, appropriated <br />from the Capital Improvements Fund for the renovation of rooms <br />at the Neighborhood Facility Recreation Center. <br /> <br /> 2.
