AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND CHAPTER 25 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF <br />PORTSMOUTH, VIRGINIA (1988) BY AMENDING SECTION 25-148 THEREOF~ <br />PERTAINING TO GOLF FEES. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia: <br /> <br /> 1. That Section 25-148 of uhe Code of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia (1988) be amended and reordained no read as follows: <br /> <br />Sec. 25-148.
