AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $4,839,015.00 FROM THE PUBLIC <br />UTILITIES CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS FUND FOR THE PITCHKETTLE ROAD <br />RAW WATER PUMPING STATION. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia: <br /> <br /> That the sum of $4,839,015.00 be, and the same hereby is, <br />appropriated from the Public Utilities Capital Improvements <br />Fund for the Pitchkettle Road Raw Water Pumping Station. <br /> <br /> This ordinance shall take effect on the date of its <br />adoption. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, at a meeting held on June 24, 1997. <br /> <br /> Teste: <br /> <br /> <br /> City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
